At just 16 years old, he founded the business with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Over the years, his hands-on approach and dedication have built a reputation for excellence in residential roofing. Today, Dave continues to lead with the same passion, ensuring every roof his team installs meets the highest standards.

Jessie Flatt

Co-Owner

With a degree in Economics from UC Davis, Jessie brings both business savvy and deep industry knowledge to the company. She started selling roofs years ago and quickly became a trusted expert in helping homeowners navigate the re-roofing process. Jessie’s customer-first approach and keen eye for detail ensure that every client gets the best solution for their home.

Justin Flatt

MANAGEMENT

After earning a Biochemistry degree from UC San Diego and a Master’s from Georgetown University, he built a successful career in medical device sales—specializing in orthopedic robots. Eventually, he decided to bring his expertise in sales and technology back to his roots, joining his family in the roofing industry. Now, he helps homeowners find the best roofing solutions while leveraging his background in innovation and customer service.
